The food is delicious. One of my go to places when I'm in the area. There is seating but the space is a bit small. The service is quick and they are very friendly.

This place is still bangin, keep coming here as it will not disappoint. There's a reason this place is hyped up by the locals. One of the best places for a hot mess that will leave you satisfied.

Amazing! First thing I crave when I land in NY. The only food I miss when I'm back in LA. Just delicious. And the staff is always so sweet.

Cachapas, also known as a Venezuelan corn pancake, is really fantastic. The texture is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and is just wonderful. I got it the beef one delivered to me and it still tasted fantastic- I can only imagine how great it would be right off the grill (I am assuming it is a grill I don't actually know lol). A generous amount of beef was included and the sauces were great as well, especially the green one. I also had a dessert (forgot what it's name is) that has cheese on the inside along with guava pasta and it is pretty tasty as well. All in all, I would definitely try cachapas again and I'm certain you can't go wrong with any filling of your choice.

Love at first bite!!! I bought two empanadas (pollo mechada y carne) and a yoyo with pollo mechado (shredded chicken). I don't normally over eat but it was impossible to stop eating the sumptuous yoyo. My son tried the empanada and also fell in love immediately. I can't wait to go back there. The service was friendly and polite. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. There's no pictures of the food because it was eaten without a crumb to spare.

Place was busy but they had a good flow. Didn't have to wait on a line. All the employees were constantly cleaning as they did their tasks. That was nice to see. Plantain sandwiches are one of my favorites. Cachapas Brooklyn's are yummy. If they wrapped at least half of the sandwich it would help everything not fall out while eating it. It got messy. I enjoyed the lemonade. Left full. I had to save the bread for the next day. It was still soft. Definitely want to come back and try something else on the menu.

Cachapas BK has so many Venezuelan sandwich options its not easy to pick one! I went with the easy choice and got their lunch platter. Shredded chicken, beans, white rice, and fried plantain. The shredded chicken was flavored perfectly and juicy. The beans and rice were just as good. Everything is made from scratch here so ordering and waiting does take some time. Good food isn't fast. I do want to make my way back to this place and try one of their sandwiches and possibly their burrito. Try this place out!
